Who am I?
As a people-first coach, I genuinely love helping others grow. Having lived in three countries, I bring diverse perspectives to my work. My experiences as a Woman, person of colour, Neurospicy individual, and member of the 2SLGBTQ+ community shape how I show up and hold space for others.
Why did I become a Leadership Coach?
I know what it feels like to be stuck, second-guessing, and burning out trying to prove myself because I’ve been there. That is why I started Arohan Strategies, to support folks who are often left out of the systems they work so hard to be part of. Through this journey, I became the person I needed.
What do I bring to the table?
A mix of HR, DEI, and program design experience—with a whole lot of empathy and strategy. I create inclusive, judgement free spaces where people feel seen and supported, so they can do their best work and grow with confidence.
What makes me different?
Because I don’t just get it—I’ve lived it. I know what it feels like to be overlooked or unsure if you belong. I bring that lived experience into everything I do, pairing it with real-world expertise to offer support that’s honest, human, and built around you.

What does Arohan mean?
Arohan (pronounced uh-ROH-hahn) is a word from Hindi and Sanskrit that means “to rise” or “to climb.” In today’s fast-paced world, isn’t that what we’re all striving for? To elevate our careers, our businesses, our lives? It’s about embracing the journey of constant growth, celebrating each milestone, and finding joy in progress rather than chasing an elusive idea of perfection.

Do you offer a free initial consultation?
Yes! During this session, we’ll get to know each other, discuss what you want to accomplish and outline how my approach can fit within your needs. This is our opportunity to ensure we’re a good fit for working together.
What qualifications or certifications do you have as a coach?
I am currently working towards my ACC (Associate Certified Coach) certification with the International Coach Federation (ICF), the gold standard in coaching certification. I’m registered with Coach Academy and actively completing my coaching hours and training requirements.
I don't know what my goal is but I know I need a change, is this the right space?
Yes! You don’t need to know exactly what you want – that’s part of the journey! Through your sessions, we’ll dig deep to discover your true goals and create a clear plan to achieve them. Many clients start exactly where you are, knowing they want change but unsure of the direction.
What happens if I don't feel the coaching is working for me?
Please tell me if it’s not working – I won’t know unless you share this with me! Your success matters, and I want to ensure you’re getting what you need. We’ll discuss your concerns openly, adjust our approach where needed, review and revise your goals if they’ve changed, and ensure you have what you need to succeed. If we determine we’re not the right fit, I’m happy to recommend other resources or coaches who might better serve your needs.
How do I know if I'm ready for coaching?
You’re ready if you’re open to exploring new perspectives and ideas, willing to take action and make changes, feel stuck but are motivated to move forward, ready to invest time and energy in your growth, and want support in achieving your goals and moving forward.
I will be your sounding board to bring that fresh perspective to help you stay on track.
What can I expect in my first coaching session?
In our first session, we’ll get to know each other much better, discuss your larger goals and what you want to achieve. We’ll explore your current challenges and start to look for opportunities to bring into that action plan for moving forward. In this, like each session, you’ll identify one manageable goal and you’ll walk away with a tanglible strategy that you can start implementing immediately!
What areas of life/business do you specialize in coaching?
I specialize in working with neurospicy individuals (neurodivergent) and Women+, bringing understanding and expertise to support these communities in achieving their goals and reaching their full potential.
How do you tailor your coaching approach to individual clients?
Every client’s journey is unique. I listen carefully to understand your specific needs and challenges adapting my coaching style to match your preferences and way of thinking. I use various tools and techniques based on what works best for you and the situation you’re in. Everything is adjsutable incluing the pace and intensity to match your comfort level. I meet you where you are.
